What Is a Walkthrough Video?
A walkthrough video is a professionally filmed and edited tour of a property. Unlike a slideshow of photos set to music, a walkthrough moves through the home the way a buyer would, room by room, feature by feature. It gives viewers a sense of the space, layout, and flow that photos alone can’t convey.
Walkthrough videos perform well on MLS listings, Zillow, YouTube, and social media. Listings with video receive significantly more engagement than those with photos only. And they help out-of-town buyers make faster decisions.

How It Works
- Step 1 — Book: Fill out the contact form or call me. Share the property address, square footage, and your preferred date and time.
- Step 2 — Prep: I’ll send you a pre-shoot checklist 24 hours before the appointment. Same prep as a photo shoot — lights on, clutter cleared, pets secured. Video is even more revealing than photos, so a clean property matters.
- Step 3 — Shoot: I walk through the property with a stabilizer, filming each room in a natural sequence. Most video shoots take 30 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on property size. If you’ve also booked photography, I shoot both in the same visit.
- Step 4 — Edit: I cut the footage down to a polished 1–3 minute walkthrough, color correct for consistency, add licensed music, and attach a branded intro/outro.
- Step 5 — Deliver: Finished video delivered to your Google Drive in both 4K and 1080p within 2–3 business days. Upload to your listing, share on social media, and you’re set.

- Typically 1–3 minutes, depending on the property size. Shorter videos tend to hold viewer attention better. I edit for impact, not length.
- Q: What music do you use?
- I use professionally licensed tracks from royalty-free music libraries. The track is chosen to match the property’s feel: upbeat for modern homes, warm and relaxed for traditional properties. If you have a preference, let me know.
- Q: Can I get a shorter cut for social media?
- Yes. I offer a 30–60 second vertical reel cut as an add-on for $100. It’s optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook Stories.
- Q: Do you use a drone for video?
- Not yet. Drone video is coming soon. For now, all footage is ground-level interior and exterior coverage.
- Q: Can you shoot video and photos in the same visit?
- Absolutely. That’s what the Photo + Video Bundle is for. I shoot both during the same appointment, which saves you time and money.
- Q: How do I receive the video?
- Via a Google Drive link with both 4K and 1080p versions. You can download and upload to your listing platform, YouTube, or social media.
- Q: What’s the turnaround time?
- 2–3 business days for standard delivery. Same-day rush is available for $50.
- Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot incur a $50 fee. Reschedules are free with at least 24 hours’ notice.
