How It Works
- Book: Fill out the contact form or give me a call. Share the property address, square footage, and your preferred date and time.
- Prep: I’ll send you a pre-shoot checklist 24 hours before the appointment. Lights on, blinds open, counters cleared. Small things that make a big difference.
- Shoot: I arrive on time, walk the property, and capture a comprehensive set of interior and exterior photos. Most shoots take 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on the property size.
- Deliver: Edited, color-corrected, and MLS-ready photos delivered to your Google Drive by the next business day. Download, upload to your listing, and you’re done.

- Q: How many photos will I receive?
- It depends on the property size. Typically 15 to 45 images. Every room gets at least 2–3 angles, plus exterior coverage. I shoot more than the final count and deliver only the best.
- Q: How do I receive the photos?
- Via a Google Drive link. You’ll get two folders: full-resolution files for print and marketing, and MLS-ready files sized for instant upload to your listing platform.
- Q: Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?
- Not necessarily. If I can access the property via lockbox or key code, you don’t need to be there. Otherwise, someone will need to let me in.
- Q: What should the property look like before the shoot?
- I’ll send you a pre-shoot checklist 24 hours in advance. The basics: all lights on, ceiling fans off, toilet lids down, beds made, counters cleared, pets secured, and cars out of the driveway.
- Q: Do you offer drone photography?
- Not yet. But it’s coming soon. Contact me for updates.
- Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot incur a $50 fee. Reschedules are free with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Q: Do you shoot commercial properties?
- Yes. Commercial photography is billed at $150/hr. Contact me to discuss your project.
- Q: Do you edit out personal items or clutter?
- I frame shots to minimize clutter, but I don’t do heavy retouching or object removal. The pre-shoot checklist helps ensure the property looks its best before I arrive.
